Bill Brown, Rewa Jarman and Sheron Young are studying and sharing computer tips for seniors.
YOU'RE never too old to become a cool cat.
Seniors in Tweed have shown that with the Computer Association Tweed Seniors (CATS) promoting the sharing of computer skills between members and allaying those fears of the unknown for many older Tweed residents.
"Once you come along and see how easy it can be, you'll never look back," treasurer of the association Merv Doyle said.
Too many seniors are missing out on a lot of fun and communication with family and friends, when they could easily learn a few basic skills and change their lives.
"I'm so glad I came along," student Dianne Lutz said.
"I learn something different every session. The main internet for me is photography.
"I can now store and file photos that are precious to me. It's wonderful.
"I had no idea how to do it before and I've met lovely people in the process.
"I strongly urge seniors like myself to come along."
Ilona Roberts said she has had a computer for years.
"I was flying blind, but now I know how to use it for everything I want to do," she said.
"It's great."
