A BEACHSIDE Currumbin address has been announced as BoysTown Lotteries' latest prize home.
The free-standing beach house will be the perfect New Year's present for one lucky winner.
General manager of fundraising, Keith Coventry, said winning the "beautiful property" would be a wonderful welcome to 2012.
"More importantly, every entry purchased into this draw will help disadvantaged children, young people and families across Australia."
Mr Coventry said the fully furnished, four-bedroom home would be an ideal beach getaway.
"This home has everything on your doorstep.
"It is located only 100 steps to the beach and is within walking distance to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, surf clubs, cafes and restaurants
"The home is spread across three levels.
"The master bedroom, which includes a private balcony, luxury ensuite and even a kitchenette, is on the top level.
"This master retreat will offer a special place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.
"The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home, along with private ensuites.
"A stunning kitchen with an open plan dining and living room is also situated on this level."
He said its bottom floor featured a guest bedroom, study and large family area.
"The family area opens out to a stylish covered terrace and fully landscaped pool area.
"I can see the entire summer spent enjoying the pool and lounging on the terrace."
The 1/6 Fenton Pl address is open for ticket sales and viewing until January 27.
Tickets are available at boystown.com.au, the draw takes place 11am (NSW) on January 31 and the total prize package is worth more than $1.4 million.
Funds raised benefit Kids Helpline - Australia's only 24-hour crisis counselling service for children and young people, domestic violence and homeless refuges, and employment and training services for disadvantaged young people.
