Concrete barrier too long

The concrete barrier between the left lane (continuation of the Tweed Sth freeway exit on the pacific motorway) and the centre land on Minjungbal Drive is way too long. Traffic trying to turn left at the lights in to Rivendell (the industrial estate, not the home of the elves) often comes to a complete stop in the centre lane waiting for a gap in the traffic coming off the freeway. That barrier needs to stop at least 20 metres earlier to allow people to swap lanes safely.
