Matt Hall to kick off fly-in
AUSTRALIA'S Top Gun stunt pilot Matt Hall will help kick off this year's Great Eastern Fly-In when he delivers a P-51 Mustang aircraft to Evans Head tomorrow afternoon.
After a two year hiatus organiser Gai Taylor said conditions looked ideal for the popular reunion which attracted a wide array of aviation enthusiasts.
Key features of the gathering will be a number of pilots offering trial instruction in a range of aircraft.
Stunt pilot Paul Bennett will return in his cherry red Pitt Special and Evans Head airpark promotor Peter Lynch will arrive in his Grumman Mallard seaplane.
