TERRI Bradley is about as altruistic as you get.

The compassionate Tweed resident is always helping out somewhere.

Her latest project is a collection of household essentials for flood victims.

"I have 25 boxes of household items and two bags of Doonas, a chair, a vacuum, mop and fan already," she told My Daily News.

On closer inspection, she also has a fan, a cot, carpet square and TV cabinet, some of which are stored at a friend's house due to a lack of space.

"I am willing to collect more if anyone has anything suitable," she said.

The items will be picked up this Saturday.

"My second bedroom is packed full of boxes, along with the back of the garage," Ms Bradley said.

She has already collected for fire victims down south, sending 29 boxes of goods.

Transport People United Inc will carry the goods to flood victims.

If you can help, contact Terr Bradley on 07 5599 8468 or 0414 376 057.
