"Nobody cares if you can't dance, just get up and have a go," Mrs Lever said.
Matron of the Tweed 2011 Robin Lemaire said the evening was a family event and a really good opportunity to learn some easy ballroom dances and socialise with nice country people.
"It's also a great lesson in how to socialise for the little ones," Ms Lemaire said.
The evening starts at 8.00pm and judging for the title will take place at 9.00pm after which the dance floor will be the place to be until the band plays the last song of the evening at midnight.
Cost of the evening, which includes supper, is $12 for adults, $6 for 13 to 17year olds and $3 for those under 13.
