THE RSL's latest prize home offering is a magnificent 347sq m property at Stockland's The Observatory.
Built by by Burleigh-based builder Chelbrooke Homes, it is the first prize in the latest RSL Art Union lottery and is part of a total prize package valued at more than $1.25million.
It is open for inspection from 9am to 5pm daily until 26 June, and drawn on 4 July.
Stockland regional manager Michael Stone said it was an honour to have a home at The Observatory selected for such an aspirational prize.
"Residents of this community already know that it provides a convenient coastal escape like no other, and now many more people will discover this unspoilt sanctuary," he said.
Chelbrooke Homes managing director Peter Riewoldt was also delighted that a home built by his company had been chosen for an RSL Art Union prize.
"This particular home is great example of an individual design that makes the absolute most of the southern coastal views on offer at The Observatory," Mr Riewoldt said.
Chelbrooke has a brand new display home open at The Observatory and has built more than 80 homes in the premium Stockland community set high above the coast at Reedy Creek.
