Kingscliff outperforming in the Tweed: house prices

KINGSCLIFF is a sought after location for home buyers according to last data from real estate NSW.

The small coast town has seen double digit growth in house prices with 15.3% annual growth.

Most of Kingscliff's growth came in the quarter to September rising 14.29%.

The figure is even more impressive considering that in most areas of the Tweed house prices have been falling.

Tweed Heads was the only other area to see any positive annual growth up only 1.9%.

The worst performer was Casuarina with prices falling by -18.5% for the year and 2.94% for the quarter.
