POLICE have located more than 55 cannabis plants and hydroponic equipment at a Banora Point home.

On Friday morning Tweed police charged a 61-year-old woman with a string of offences after finding the drug set-up while executing a search warrant.

The woman was issued with court attendance notices for cultivation of a prohibited plant, possession of a prohibited plant, stealing of electricity and other offences.
