Here’s a creative solution to school holiday boredom
IF YOUR kids are already stressing you out this early into the holiday period, give them a go at being creative.
Kingscliff Arts have released their holiday timetable that will keep the kids entertained for at least three afternoons during the week.
Teacher and owner Gillian Grove said there was a lot on offer for the students.
"Students can make pom-pom animals, collages and water colours," she said.
"The kids can also work on larger projects like paint your own skate deck.
Ms Grove said she was looking forward helping the kids meet their inner artist.
"I can't wait," she said.
"It's heaps of fun and the parents can have a break."
She also suggested with the wet weather it was a great alternative to sitting at home and watching television.
Sessions are $25 and three hours long on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays from 1pm.
