WANT to be full of beans - literally?
Beans are just one of the raw foods that you can eat without cooking.
Making these and other raw veggies tasty is what you will learn if you come along to the Tweed Library's "Tantalise Your Tastebuds" session on Tuesday, August 7.
Raw food enthusiast Liz GilbertGrant has a passion for peoples' well-being.
"Living bodies need live food," she said.
"Why eat de-natured food?"
It's something of a magical mystery tour talking to this innovative "cook" about her passion, who described a lamington made from vanilla beans, apple, orange and coconut as an absolute taste sensation.
"I'm not about promoting myself," she said.
"I love to help people discover their intuition when it comes to food.
"Nature provides us with perfect ingredients.
"We have an opportunity to mix them to create an unlimited number of sumptuous, delicious dishes."
