FREDDIE Flintoff has shed more than 11kg ahead of his heavyweight boxing debut in Manchester on November 30.

But he has done it through attention to diet and hard work in the gym, as opposed to how he kept his weight down while playing cricket for England.

Flintoff spoke about his eating disorder in a documentary to coincide with his fight against novice American Richard Dawson."

"I would stick my fingers down my throat to make myself sick," he said. "Even after I had gone to good restaurants I would do it. I ended up losing about 15kg. It became a very difficult habit to shake." - INM
