Fatal crash mentioned
FORMER Lennox Head Chamber of Commerce president Louise Owen had her matters relating to a fatal crash she was involved in mentioned in court this morning.
Mrs Owen faces charges of dangerous driving occasioning death, driving in a manner dangerous and not keeping left of the dividing line on the road, relating to the crash, which happened outside Casino in March.
Mrs Owen did not appear in Casino Local Court but was represented by her barrister Mr Gemunu Kumarasinhe.
Magistrate R Denes adjourned Mrs Owens matters until November 7 at Casino Local Court.
Mrs Owen does not have to appear on that date if legally represented.
