Ellen is bringing her talk show to Australia
ELLEN DeGeneres has announced today that she is bringing her talk show Down Under.
Aussie actress Nicole Kidman made a surprise appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to help the daytime chat show host make the announcement.
The show will film segments in Sydney and Melbourne in March, with the footage to air in April.
The trip is part of a new partnership with Swisse, with further support from Qantas.
It will be DeGeneres's first visit to Australia.
"I am actually for the first time in my life going to Australia," she said.
"We're going to do tape pieces and meet the fans and hang out."
The Ellen DeGeneres Show airs at noon weekdays on Channel 9 and 5pm weekdays on GEM.
