East Coast Mortgage Trust asked to reveal investors
AS part of an ongoing dispute between the East Coast Mortgage Trust and a disgruntled investor the Trust's management has asked the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to provide direction in regard to revealing its members register.
The trust's management had previously claimed it had valid and grave concerns about how the register and investor's private information may be used.
The disgruntled East Coast Mortgage Trust investor, Warren Atta-Singh, made the request for the fund's register on January 30, stating that he wished to convene a meeting to "raise concerns with the administration of the trust".
