Drink driver loses licence

TWEED Police suspended the licence of a 31-year-old Murwillumbah woman after she registered a high range alcohol reading in a breath test.

According to police, the range was slightly above the 0.15 high range minimum.

The woman had her drivers' licence suspended and was issued a court attendance notice for high range prescription of alcohol (PCA).

Police located the women in Peri Street about 5:30pm Tuesday.

She will appear before Murwillumbah Local Court next month.
