Debris and flooding keep some Tweed roads closed

SOME roads across the Tweed were still closed this morning due to flooding or cleanup of debris.

Others were still hazardous and motorists are advised to take care and avoid unnecessary risks.

The following roads were still closed until further notice.

Bartletts Ln- Road flooded.

Dulguigan Rd- Road flooded.

Leddys Creek Rd- Road flooded.

Queensland Rd- Road flooded.

Numinbah Rd- Road closed due to landslips, except for local traffic.

Tweed Valley Way- Road closed for clean up of debris.

Upper Crystal Creek Rd- Road closed due to landslips and washouts, except for local traffic.

Wooyung Rd- Road flooded.
