Cutting ruled out of Bulls final battle against Victoria

INJURY has ruled Australian paceman Ben Cutting out of Queensland's bid to win its first domestic one-day title since 2008-09 in the Ryobi Cup final against Victoria at the MCG tomorrow.

Cutting's immediate future is uncertain after he aggravated an existing groin injury while playing for Australia A in the one-dayer against the England Lions in Hobart last Monday.

He has been replaced by all-rounder Michael Neser who will play just his third one-dayer of the season.

The Bulls line-up includes Joe Burns, Alister McDermott and Cameron Boyce who played against the Lions at the SCG yesterday.
