A SEVENTH person has been charged over the death of a man at Chinderah 15 months ago.
Saaid Zaiter was last seen in Chinderah on Tuesday December 16, 2008 and his remains were found in bushland near The Pinnacle lookout in the Border Ranges National Park, west of Murwillumbah, exactly a year later.
A 28-year-old Tweed Heads man was arrested at his home in Kennedy Drive yesterday and has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder.
He was refused bail in Tweed Heads Local Court.
The man, who is the seventh person to be charged over the death, will appear in Lismore Local Court on March 16.
